Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: We provide free shipping to orders for more than 200 countries and for some reason there are a few areas that are not able for delivering.

Express Shipping: We cooperated with several courier companies: DHL/ USPS/ EMS, etc.

Shipping Locations: Our main shipping address and return address are located in Shenzhen, China.

ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival): Processing orders takes 1 to 3 business days. Usually, it takes 3 to 35 business days for the package to arrive depending on where you live. 

Order Tracking

Tracking information is not updated:
Tracking info may not be updated in time due to the process of the shipping company; the package is under process as long as the package could be tracked in the system. In addition, the package will be delivered to a third-party logistics company after it arrives in your country, and the tracking information will be updated by a third-party logistics company, when you find the tracking information lost, you can try to contact your local customs or post office.

Delays:
We try our best to fulfill the demand from our clients, however, package delay may be caused by flight delay, slow customs clearance process, national policy adjustment, holidays, and other force majeure factors.

A special statement, package delay caused by force majeure events (such as multiple security checks slow customs clearance process, natural disasters, severe weather, war, and any other events beyond our direct control), is not within the scope of our responsibility.

About customs tax:
1, For United States & European Union countries: The logistics company we cooperate with will pay the tax, you do not need to pay.

2, For other countries(non-European Union countries & USA): All import taxes/duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Note:
1, It is not available to modify the address or cancel the order after the package has been sent out.

2, Please make sure that the delivery address & zip & phone number are accurate when placing an order.
We will not refund any items if the package is lost or fail to deliver due to the incomplete address provided by the customer or other personal reasons of the customer. (Recipient was not at home, the recipient couldn’t be reached, phone-to-voicemail, The recipient did not customs clearance or pick up the package within the time limit)

3, We try our best to make sure the product will reach to you, and we will refund/ resend the item(s) if the logistics system shows that the package lost or the local post office provides a certificate of loss.

4, Please kindly note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
